The property is located on the Northwest corner of the intersection of Pierrefonds Boulevard ans St-Pierre Street just East of Jacques-Bizard Boulevard which leads from Montreal Island onto the residential island of Ile-Bizard.
The land area is 245,640 square feet anchored by an existing 25,812 square feet Provigo and a 4,281 square feet National Bank. Plans are to expand the property another 33,000 square feet along Provigo and the back as well as adding a 4,000 square feet pad which will be dedicated to restaurant/fast food.
Construction of the expansion has started with 11,000 square feet adjacent to Provigo for two new stores, La Maison du Sport and Dollar Chest. Plans are to complete all construction on site for Fall 2007.
